Welcome to the website of the Gloucestershire Battlefields Society. We created this website to share our knowledge and raise awareness of the work we do.
We are a small group of friends and volunteers who have been caring for historic sites in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire for almost two decades.

Here, you can learn more about the sites we care for and their history. We perform essential groundworks and litterpicks on the sites we look after, raise funds for their upkeep,
and can facilitate tours of the battlefields for pre-booked groups of visitors. For more information on arranging a tour to visit one of our sites, you can click our
